About your tutor: Virgo Adalete:- "I really value presenting my cooking classes as I am very concerned about our daily well-being and eating properly to balance our neutrality in every food that we consume. Food is anything that you eat and drink that gives you the vitamins and neutrality and keep you healthy and happy. I was born in Ghana, West Africa. I learned cooking from my grandmother as she used to cook for traditional weddings and celebrations. I was then very picky and only eat few foods and love to see how food is prepared and due to my fear of eating different foods I learned to cook by myself in a vegetarian way In 1999 we had a movement in Ghana which boycotts all GMO and artificial food products that had created a very bad health issue in our community, so with that concept I decided to use my cooking classes to bring awareness to out community through healthy food, pesticide free and organic food. However exercising two or 3 day a week makes you more healthy. I was also running a vegetarian restaurant in Ghana before leaving the country.
